Cube Rules: The Kitchen, Rule No. 2

Previously we addressed Kitchen Rule No. 1, and now it`s time to discuss Rule No. 2: 

IF YOU MAKE A MESS, CLEAN IT UP 


This is what you teach your children. It's what your parents taught you. Cubicle inhabitants seem to forget their manners in the office kitchen. Rules can go too far, but we need them in order for society to function. So understand the negative effects your ignored spilled soda, leftover frozen-food box, or crusted tomato sauce in the microwave have on your professional society and personal reputation. Clean up after yourself. Don't act as if the office kitchen is your kitchen at home.
