However, as the economy improves employees everywhere are becoming emboldened by their prospects and are actively, though subtly, pursuing the prospect of other opportunities. Though the terrible economy has been hardest on the unemployed, we often forget about the unhappily employed. Hopefully the future will be better for everyone.
