Cubicle Privacy

Maintaining privacy in a cubicle can be difficult if not impossible. Coworkers are always barging in, "borrowing" things, or just cornering us in our own workspace as they bore us with stories about their kid's basketball camp. What do you do to maintain a sense of privacy at work?
