Cubicle Doppleganger: Nurse Mildred Ratched

We've all had them: managers who act like characters from books and movies, and in this case, a book and a movie. In Ken Kesey's 1961 novel-turned-film One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, Nurse Ratched is the cold and domineering antagonist who uses her position to wield power and influence over patients in a mental institution.
