Political Correctness and Sexual Harassment

Political correctness is an easy punching bag for cynics, but let's face it, it's there for a reason -- a very good reason: to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace and ensure every person is treated with respect and dignity. Political correctness has, however, left many employees befuddled as to what is appropriate and what is inappropriate. For example, do you think the following question, directed at a female cubicle dweller from a male colleague, crosses the line?

"Good morning Sarah. Oh, nice dress. You look very sexy."
