Cubicle Mental Health: Natural Light

Most cubicle workers are part of the masses, so odds are they aren't allowed any influence regarding just where their cubicles are situated in the cubicle farm. For many employees, the prospect of getting a new job renders them feckless as they don't want to rock the boat and seem ungrateful. Still, others fall victim to downsizing and other shifts in their particular company's economic fortune or misfortune, and they opt not to complain and be labeled a pain-in-the-ass. But where we sit in the cubicle farm is a big deal, as we know that one's access to natural light is relative to their mental health and general sense of imprisonment. Then again, not having a window nearby may keep one from dreaming about life in the outside world.
