Cubicle Psychology: Projection
Do you have coworkers in your cubicle community who bring their personal problems to the workplace? Of course you do. In fact, you may even be one of those people. We're all human, after all. People get divorced. Their kids land in jail. They go bankrupt. Their favorite uncle passes away. However, we all know the importance of professionalism, so if you feel overwhelmed by your personal life and can't perform at work or prevent yourself from freaking out on that colleague who cracks his knuckles constantly, take a few personal days off. Don't project your personal pain onto your coworkers. Lean on your personal connections: friends, family, your spiritual leader, your local bartender. Don't let personal losses lead to professional ones.
